Maybe. If the file structure doesn't have the correct rights.
Please try this. Open FG and then run an update. Then don't start a campaign but click on the folder icon in the top left or right of the startup screen - this will open a file explorer at the FG app data directory.
Attach the updater log here - if you're using FG Classic it's called update.log if you're using FG Unity the file is FGUpdaterEngine_Prev.logPrivate Messages: My inbox is forever filling up with PMs. Please don't send me PMs unless they are actually private/personal messages. General FG questions should be asked in the forums - don't be afraid, the FG community don't bite and you're giving everyone the chance to respond and learn!

That should be OK then.
So, based off your update logs, the system doesn't see any purchases associated with your user ID. Are you logging into the FG client - and verifying it says "Login successful" using the "lbw" account? If so, go to this link and verify that FG has the purchases in your history: https://www.fantasygrounds.com/store/myorders.phpPrivate Messages: My inbox is forever filling up with PMs. Please don't send me PMs unless they are actually private/personal messages. Did you use a different use before?
You're probably better reaching out to [email protected] as they can check purchase histories etc..Private Messages: My inbox is forever filling up with PMs. Please don't send me PMs unless they are actually private/personal messages.
