Druid Wild Shape
What's the best way to handle this in game? Anyone with premade tables?

Here is how I'm handling it now...
Create a separate "spell class" on the actions tab just for wildshape.
Add all of the appropriate spells from "PFRPG Spellbook" extension or the extended version (IE beast shape, plant shape, elemental form).
Create other effects to reflect the change in size, as the spell automation does not take that into account (due to spellcasters being different sizes). For example, a medium druid taking a large shape would get Large; ATK: -1; AC: -1
Create weapons for the natural attacks of the most commonly taken form(s)
Then the druid can just click on the appropriate spell and sizing effects, then use the weapon attacks. They would also need to unequip any armour.
