Alt + Drag movement for tokens suddenly stopped working

I used to be able to hold alt and click and drag on tokens to set a movement path for them. This suddenly stopped working and I have no idea how to fix it. I can still use alt + both mouse buttons to draw a cone, and ctrl + alt + del still brings up task manager on my PC so I know my alt key is fine. How do I fix this?

Nevermind. I just discovered the token movement lock mode.
