Newsletter
Hey Folks,
I've been trying to contact [email protected] to ask how to re-subscribe to the newsletter, but it keeps failing. When I try to subscribe from the help menu that takes me to a facebook page, it tells me i've removed myself from the list and must sign up of my own free will. Any suggestions?

Welcome to the forums...
Sign up is done via the Facebook page. If it's stuck up unsubscribe, I would restart your computer and then try with a different web browser. If that doesn't work....
You also what error message are you getting when you try to send the email to support?
EDIT: Signup is now done from the link under the website Help menu; https://eepurl.com/g5g8ojLast edited by LordEntrails; November 23rd, 2021 at 15:36.

I get an email that says failure to deliver and it says...
We're writing to let you know that the group you tried to contact (support) may not exist, or you may not have permission to post messages to the group. A few more details on why you weren't able to post:
* You might have spelled or formatted the group name incorrectly.
* The owner of the group may have removed this group.
* You may need to join the group before receiving permission to post.
* This group may not be open to posting.
If you have questions related to this or any other Google Group, visit the Help Center at https://support.google.com/a/smitewo...py?topic=25838.
Thanks,

Hmm... I've heard of something like happening before, but I don't remember the solution. I'll email them myself and point them to this thread. They check the forums, but an email reminder will make sure they get involved sooner rather than later.

Hello Exmortis, this happens because we use a group gmail business account and they are overly aggressive as flagging people as spam. You can email me at [email protected]. Normally it would be David at [email protected], but he is out on vacation for 2 weeks. The support email is a group account that David, John and I all monitor, so it is best to use that if it doesn't bounce back.

Hello!
Today, I tried to sign up for Fantasy Grounds' newsletter, via Facebook at:
https://www.facebook.com/fantasygrou...00265896690345
However, all it shows is the following error message:
This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue.
Therefore, I can't sign up for the newsletter, nor can anyone else.
Would you please take a look at it?
Thank you!

Thanks EnergeticSpacekeeper.
Can you try the link from our website under Help > Sign up for Newsletter?
The link should be this:
https://fantasygrounds.us13.list-man...&id=0c0bac83de
Do you recall where you saw the link to sign up that you used earlier? It looks like we still have an old link floating around that we need to change.

Doug, if you go to the FG FB page, and under more there's a newsletter signup that is broken.
