2021-11 Ruleset: Remove all FGC checks?
Is it safe to say at this stage we can remove all code that makes the code work in FGC now?

Yes, you can. It is mentioned in these 2 bullet points:
- Remove un-needed versioning (version=">=4", version="<4") (2E, Conan, MGT2, SW, STA)
Remove FGC specific ruleset coding (UtilityManager.isClientFGU) (2E, Alien, Conan, MGT2, RMC, SW, STA, Vaesen)
