    Why Fantasy Grounds Classic is not more in home page?

    Hi,
    FG Classic was in home page, along with FG Unity, until some days ago. Now there is only FG Unity... did I miss any news/changes? Is FG Classic next to be dismissed?

    It's because Unity is now out of Beta. Classic is still there but not front and centre.
    If there is something that you would like to see in Fantasy Grounds that isn't currently part of the software or if there is something you think would improve a ruleset then add your idea here https://www.fantasygrounds.com/featu...rerequests.php

    Just in case you need to download it: Go to home, then downloads -> FGU, scroll down a bit and there is something like "Looking for FGC? Click here" As Zacchaeus said, that is by design now, FGC is still supported for some time, but it is not as actively sold/advertised as FGU

    Sort of supported, bugs have been found that are not being fixed due to Unity's release. Specifically thinking of xml script loading, but I don't think that is the only one.
    I'm not saying this to be overly-critical, I just think it's important to acknowledge as some new users might be tempted to buy Classic and, at least in my opinion, this would be a fairly poor value compared to going with Unity.

    EDIT: Also I think there are plans to eventually fix that bug in Classic but it's important for new users to know that Unity is getting almost all the attention now (which is conveyed pretty well by almost hiding it from the site).

    I believe its a clear statement from SmiteWorks (now the FGU is fully released) that they want people buying FGU and not FGC because FGC is now approaching end of life.

    Note, EoL has been stated as not happening until the majority of games are on FGU. Also be aware the FGC will still work (unsupported) for some time after EoL.

    Which xml script loading bug? The only bugs I can imeediately think of is that "On Roll" does not work for clients, and that there are some problems with the crit of extra damage dice in weapons in 3.5e/PF1 (which is very rare and can be avoided) (and there was some crit bug related to damage types in 5e, too, I think); but these are ruleset bugs which are also buggy in FGU then I mean, ruleset updates are still applied to FGC as well
