Wow... two crits with a brutal/high-crit weapon will do that to ya. Jeez!

In the particular screen shot above Hafgrim attacked 2 targets with Great Cleave and crit one. On the resulting free attack, he crit and killed the second. For Hafgrim (level 4 dwarf barb with dwarven weapon training and a +1 Battlecrazed Execution axe) 1W = 1D12 + 7, and a crit is 19 + 1d12 + 1d6
The total works out to:
Great cleave hit 2 targets..with 2 adjacent so that's:
(1d12 + 7 + 2) + (1d12 + 7 + 2)
One was a crit with a magic weapon so that becomes:
(1d12 + 7 + 2) + (19 + 1d12 + 1d6 + 2)
The crit triggered a melee basic which hit so that's:
(1d12 + 7 + 2) + (19 + 1d12 + 1d6 + 2) + (1W + 7)
The melee basic crit so instead it became:
(1d12 + 7 + 2) + (19 + 1d12 + 1d6 + 2) + (19 + 1d12 + 1d6)
Combining like terms the total output becomes:
3d12 + 2d6 + 49
In this case I happened to roll: 11,11,3 on the d12s and 5,4 on the d6s
The total damage shown on the screen is 81, it was actually 83 as the first crit against the bugbear was lacking the +2 from great cleave (it didn't end up mattering).
