Fallout RPG - Floating Tabs

This is a extension for the Fallout RPG ruleset that is inspired by the 5e - Floating Tabs extension created by Scried Raven that adds a floating tab UI element that can be used to access different tabs on the character sheet.

If there are any bugs or issues using this extension please post them in this thread so I can take a look and get them fixed as soon as I can.
