Writing Campaigns
When creating a book (campaign) I see that there are text frames that can be inserted into a page to frame some test, How do I enter a custom frame to that list of available frames?

You would have to create an extension to add in your own frame. It would also require that extension to be on when accessing the book or it won't appear.

Ok is it possible to have it added by Smithworks. That seems like a lot of extra work for something so simple.

There are already a large number of frames available. They are customized to each ruleset/theme.
For the module, just use the closest existing frame, and it will work across all themes.
There are no plans to add additional frames; as that frame would have to be rebuilt for every ruleset/theme. If you want a particular look to a frame for a given ruleset/theme, you can change within your ruleset or create a theme extension to override the specific frames. I highly recommend overwriting an existing frame name, so that every continues to work across all themes.

Ok, Thanks. I was just looking for to provide the best product that I could. But since I am not a programmer by profession it looks like I am limited by what is there. Not trying to ruffle feathers. I appreciate the responce.

No worries. Just trying to make sure everything works within the current frameworks.
