    Shadowdark table errors

    I have discovered the following errors:

    * Armor Bonus table is rolling 1d6; should be 2d6
    * Armor Curse table is missing entry 11 (NPC may turn on you)
    * Treasure 7-9 table is missing entry 08-09 (mirror)
