Could it be done through MSOOOB (or what it is called) functions? So the client gets a message from the host to set up the mods and then they are applied to the roll?

OOBM is used to enable Players to write to DB nodes they dont own.
AFAIK the ModifierStack is not stored in the DB and so cant be written to in the usual ways and OOBM is for enabling player actions rather than GM ones - the GM can already do the things that OOBM enables.

Whereas as lot of the use of OOB Messaging is to allow FG clients to update data they can't usually update by handing off processing to the GM instance, OOB Messaging can also be used to trigger FG code on other FG instances. Details here: https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassia...iverOOBMessage
So, yes, it should be possible to do this. The Requested Roll extension is a good example of this, it allows the GM to popup on the player instance/s details of a roll needed, including modifiers: https://forge.fantasygrounds.com/shop/items/273/viewPrivate Messages: My inbox is forever filling up with PMs. Please don't send me PMs unless they are actually private/personal messages. General FG questions should be asked in the forums - don't be afraid, the FG community don't bite and you're giving everyone the chance to respond and learn!
