Custom Dice not working in ruleset

The players in our campaign wanted to use their new custom dice in our Traveller campaign.

However the Custom Dice roll box is empty. No option to change anything.

It does work in our 2e campaign.

Custom dice must be enabled by the developers of each ruleset. We'll pass along your feedback to Mongoose and their developer.

    Hi,

    What new custom dice?

And I presume this is 1e?

    Thanks,

There are custom dice settings to allow rolls to be customized on a per user basis. (i.e. such as attack dice or damage dice (by damage type as well as default) or heal dice (by heal type as well as default)).
You can see examples in 5E, 3.5E, SFRPG, etc. Look for DiceRollManager script usage.
