Interactive Occluders (doors etc) visible even when layer is hidden
We rarely use multifloor maps, so this one must have slipped through the cracks.
All interactive/toggleable occluders (doors, secret walls, windows, terrain) are visible (can be highlighted and toggled) even when their corresponding layer is hidden. They do not occlude visibility when the layer is hidden, but if the cursor hovers over them, they will be highlighted for interaction (and can indeed be toggled on/off). This affects both host and client and is regardless of GM Only/Shared with Players Visibility status.
Tested on clean 5e campaign.

Thanks for reporting.
Given the nature of the way map works, we highly recommend not using multiple floors layered on top of each other. Either use one map with floors in separate areas of map; or separate maps for each floor.

A fix @pindercarl provided to ignore toggles on hidden layers is now available in FG v.4.5.6. The recommendation still stands; but the original issue should be fixed.
