Some Standups look like they are Falling

New 5E campaign. All 4 standups were created by me using the same process and the XML tool provided for by Doug here; https://www.fantasygrounds.com/forum...es-in-3D-space

Can anyone explain or help me figure out why the front two PCs look like they are falling backwards?

How do they look when you back up and to the right do the guy with the flaming sword is directly ahead of you?

Camera tokens pivot to face the camera as you move. For the best experience, I find that defining the floor x/y coordinate between the two feet and halfway to the heel works best for most bipedal creatures. You might also try it even with the back of the heel of the foot, equal distance between the feet and at the center line of the hips works well.

For a creature with 4 or more legs, find where you want the center pivot point to be.

It's all a matter of perspective.

    Not much better.

I thought I placed the center pivot where you described. I've attached the mod file in case anyone wants to see if it replicates for them. I will play around with it this weekend and see if I can get better at it.
