Directional Token Lighting

Hello,

I have been looking all over and cannot find anything on how to do directional token lighting, as though a character is using a flashlight or hooded lantern, or headlights on a car.

Is there a way to do this? I know there are lots of spell effects that are cones, so I figured lights should be similar...

It would be fantastic if they could add it in, I am trying to start a Car Battling campaign set in real world 1970s so it would be really great to have.

Voted! This with animation (like a search light or laser detection alarm beam) and automated Auras that tie in with effects.
