PF1 Harrow deck broken on FG4.5

Hello. I'm noticing that the Harrow Deck on Pathfinder 1 broke with the FG 4.5.0 Update. Is there a way of repair it? There's an annoying error message on the console every time I open it, and the window is kind of broken.
attach a picture of my problem. I paid for that module and I want to use it in good conditions. Thanks in advance.
