You will need to add your own full length images into your campaign. Some official modules already have the art and the updated images.

If you created encounters from many of the official sources, include 5E SRD, MM, etc, then I think you will have to recreate them if you want to have the new View portraits. Or you could edit them and add the other two images. Not sure yet if their is a way to bulk do this via xml but I will be investigating that.

Open the NPC (from the encounter). Click on their token, the new window will have 3 images and 2 of the spots will probably be empty. Add images there.

I'm assuming you mean edit them through some program, which program(s) would work best?

Fantasy Grounds is the program you use to edit them. Sorry I can't give you screen shots as I have not updated as I'm waiting for extensions to be updated.

See here in teh video; he quickly pulls up the window I'm talking about; https://youtu.be/U9_MG5C-cPI?t=642

Where are you getting your NPCs from? Did you create them from scratch or did you use them from a book from the FG Store? If so, which book?
