Modifying Core NPC's

When modifying an UNLOCKED COPY of a core NPC, I can not drag and drop weapons onto the sheet or combat tracker. Is this normal? Most games on fantasy grounds allow drag and drop onto NPC copies. Am i missing something ? Copy, unlocked, can not add anything and i have to write anything out. Example, if i wanted to add a flamer to a Raider without re-writing the entire NPC. Thanks for any help

I don’t know all of the rulesets available but none of the ones I have used have drag and drop functionality for NPCs.

I'm not aware of any rulesets that support item drops onto a NPC sheet. If there is then its very rare. Fallout doesn't support this and will need to be entered in manually.
