I have one of the old cutout sheets. Turns out I had two of the quick reference character cards and cutout sheets. Not much use here unless I can scan them in flat rather than photo plop. Than you would need to be able to take them into a art program, resize and print them out.

My solution just dawned on me for you. My brain decided to remember this program I was shown several years ago. HERO CREATOR! It allows you to make heroes up with pregen art and than you can use them in your RPGs or whatever. Well, make heroes up, resize them, print and cut them out
