Editing an NPC's Max Focus Points?

I could be going crazy, but I don't see how to edit the max focus points field on an NPC entry. Going into edit mode doesn't let me change it, nor does clicking the magnifying glass as far as I can see.

EDIT: Actually, I seem to have caused some kind of weird bug where the focus points class didn't generate correctly. It had the correct options when the magnifying glass was closed, but with the magnifying glass open it would display spells per level as if it were a spell class instead of the focus point options.

I suspect this bug was caused by the creature parser extension, but if I find a way to recreate it otherwise I'll let you know. Deleting and recreating the focus class fixed it.
