Attack Grid Modifier can't be checked on or off

Since the last update I've tried various campaigns, including with no extensions, and on the Table Resolver when I uncheck the modifier it does not change the modifier number. I can Add New and type in a value and the total will change. I can type over the number and it will change the MOD and TOTAL values but not using the check mark. See image below where I unchecked the DB but the MOD and TOTAL remain unchanged.
