Channel Energy DC calculation
Channel Energy Will save DC is 10 + 1/2 CL + CHA modifier.
Level 4(or5) cleric with a 16 Cha (+3) should have DC 10+2+3=15 I believe
I feel like I have this correct but it is not giving me the CHA modifier. Channel Energy.PNG

This might be an extension - I just tested on my live build and the same equation you're using is giving me 15.
