Call of Cthulhu 7e - can not place players on map

I was running the Ties that Bind adventure last night and ran into an issue. I had the players and bad guys on the combat tracker, but could not drag the players onto the map. One faint circle appeared on the map, but we couldn't move, delete or click on it. The tokens from the encounter got copied to the map fine, just not the PCs.

Another thing that was weird...The Party Sheet shows the portraits of the PCs, but the combat tracker does not.

I disabled all my extensions, but the problem still exists.
I tried opening another Call of Cthulhu campaign, and I was able to place characters normally.

The party sheet shows the PC portrait image, so the issue with dragging from the combat tracker sounds like you had portraits assigned to the PC, not tokens - as it's tokens that get added to the map.

Drag/drop the portrait from the top left of the PC sheet to the token space on the combat tracker to assign the portrait as a token. Then drag the token from the Combat Tracker to the map.
