The format will be slightly different in the upcoming v4.5.0 FG release in order to keep within the new record window base layout - the description text has been moved to before the NPC list:

Pushed a new version (v1.3) to the Forge. This uses the FG framework from recent releases - which results in the description being at the bottom of the encounter window. Screenshot has been updated in the Forge. Originally Posted by nephranka
