Does anyone know if there are additional Map FX effects for sale?

There aren't, no. I don't think such things would ever be sold separately since I don't think they can be created as extensions. The fx stuff is part of the core program rather than added to rulesets.
If there is something that you would like to see in Fantasy Grounds that isn't currently part of the software or if there is something you think would improve a ruleset then add your idea here http://fgapp.idea.informer.com/

However with WebP and WebM file types in Test, this might be possible in the future.
