Spells
Hello,
With DD5 setting, is it possible to have spells access on the right of the FG windows (like Encounters, Images, etc.) ?
The only mean I've found is by opening Modules, then Players Handbook ...

It's always been there. Depending on the screen UI Scale you have set and or theme, you should see it at the very bottom on the right.

Also, make sure, if you haven't, that you do expand the Character menu.

What is the method for expanding the Character menu?

You have so many things expanded, you need to scroll. (See the small scroll bar on the far right?) The other options are to collapse one of the categories, like Library or Player or Campaign.
