Again the same problem when i sync with Paizo account. Not new PDFs cost discount.

Around 7 or 8 months ago i bought drift crisis (starfinder) from Paizo when PDFs prices were changed but when i apply paizo Sync only reduce the old costs. Now the same with the adventure path from Fly free or die that i have them all by the humble. On the paizo website cost 20 dolars (each adventure path) and when i apply sync here again is 15 dolars. Where i should ask for some correction or to send a ticket?. Thx for the help, have a good day people.

As mentioned in the Paizo sync page, the discount is "up to the full cost of the PDF". Paizo changed the cost of some PDFs a few months ago, after a lot of products were released on Fantasy Grounds. The PDF discount is set at the cost of the PDF when the product is released on Fantasy Grounds.
