    Weakness Instructions in the Wiki are unclear.

    One of my players are taking Vulnerability Cold. I'm having trouble figuring out how exactly to word it so they take the 50% bonus cold damage.

    The "Damage Reduction" field in the player character is purely for informational text, there's no mechanical effect. The text you have in your screenshot needs to be applied as an effect to the PC in the Combat Tracker.
