QU penalty not correctly refelected in Defensive Bonus

Thanks - I overlooked it as it is not near the whole section on defensive bonuses (which is where you kind of think it would make sense to have it, or at least reference a notation to it).

Will have a play as it still seems odd and some incosnsitencies in how it works... need to create some simpler characters than my players have (the god-like that they all seem to end up being).

It took me a while to find, if I'm honest. I ended up finding an old post on the ICE forum that gave me the page reference. It's certainly not where you'd expect it to be, and isn't even referenced when discussing quickness DBs, either in the text or the table.
