Player can't load any of DM's purchased modules

I have a player joining my 5e campaign. He is using the demo version, but my understanding is he should still be able to load all the modules I have purchased and given access to. When he tries to load them the button clicks, switches to unloaded, then nothing actually loads and the button eventually clicks back to unloaded.

Modules that are marked to be shared by the GM should be available to all connected players. It sounds like one player is having the problem but not other players? If both you and the player can Compile Logs and attach here after an attempt, it would help diagnose. Most likely it is due to Security Software, something like Flood Protection or DDOS protection on their router or software. Can they try loading a single module when they are the only one connected and see if that works.

If there is something that you would like to see in Fantasy Grounds that isn't currently part of the software or if there is something you think would improve a ruleset then add your idea here https://www.fantasygrounds.com/featu...rerequests.php
