Module Export Settings Not Loaded

It looks like with the latest version of FG, the settings we used previously for campaign exports are not being loaded:

You can see in the screenshot attached, it remembers the views and types, but filename, thumbnail, etc. are all lost.

I will need to make some changes to modules soon, but afraid of messing up links if I get the old names used wrong!
