Range modifier does not work for one character

It is strange, range works for all other players missile, I checked one players missile and everything seems ok with the range on the weapon, yet no matter how far away the target is it has no effect when I resolve the attack. Any ideas?

Do you have any extension loaded? If not can you get me a copy of the campaign and let me know which character and attack is doing it?
