Rat Swarm of tiny or smaller takes full damage in combat
I've noticed in an encounter with rat swarms the damage weren't half, it went full damage.

Rat Swarm CR 2
Source Pathfinder RPG Bestiary pg. 232
XP 600
N Tiny animal (swarm)
Swarm Traits: A swarm has no clear front or back and no discernable anatomy, so it is not subject to critical hits or flanking. A swarm made up of Tiny creatures takes half damage from slashing and piercing weapons. A swarm composed of Fine or Diminutive creatures is immune to all weapon damage. Reducing a swarm to 0 hit points or less causes it to break up, though damage taken until that point does not degrade its ability to attack or resist attack. Swarms are never staggered or reduced to a dying state by damage. Also, they cannot be tripped, grappled, or bull rushed, and they cannot grapple an opponent.

There is no automation for the additional rules by the size of the individual swarm members. Only the immunity to critical hits is automatically added as an effect when the creature record is added to the combat tracker.

Kelrugem's Extended automation and overlays extension has a modifier (HRESIST) that you can apply for this effect.
Forge Link
The HRESIST modifier reduces damage by half for the specified damage type.
So for a Tiny Swarm you could add the following effect to them in the combat tracker.
Swarm; HRESIST: slashing; HRESIST: piercing
It's not automatically added but it will give you the result you want.
