    Release Updates for February 21st, 2023

    Please remember not to update right before a game starts.

    In order for some of the updates to be visible, you may need to open the Module Activation window from Library->Activation, right click on the module and select "revert changes". Be warned, any edits you've made will be lost.

    Note: Hotfixes are to fix an immediate problem that prevents using a product. They are not fully tested and may introduce other issues. If you have issues with a hotfix please contact support.

    Note: Fantasy Grounds Classic is no longer receiving regular updates. These updates are for Fantasy Grounds Unity unless specifically noted.

    • [Updated] Automated weapons drop on inventory. Weapons will now auto populate and are rollable.
    • [Updated] Melee and Ranged attacks are now rollable on the weapon “Name” field.
    • [Updated] All rolls with the exception of damage now check for Boons, Flaws, Careers, attribute bonus and the modifier box(s) on desktop. Damage checks for all but career.
    • [Updated] You can now selected strength or agility when making a melee or ranged attack roll using an icon cycler
    • [Updated] Damage rolls are fully automated. Protection rolls are triggered, if selected in the options menu , and will reduce the damage done
    • [Updated] Armor, shield and helm drops are automated. Simply drop in inventory and equip. Per the rules helms will only apply if wearing armor but shields will always apply. Since shields can be situational the DM will need to make adjustments via the modifiers at bottom of desktop.
    • [Updated] Adjusted Inventory to remove weight/encumbrance
    • [Updated] Added a delay button above the attacks window. Hitting this button drop the player to the bottom of the CT. Spending hero points for interrupts are not automated.
    • [Updated] Added movement block for optional encounter movement
    • [Updated] Added a Ships tab. Ship records can be share with players. The players can drag and drop the shared ship record onto the Ship Name control of this tab. The ships rolls will auto populate. A disembark button was added to clear ship data. The task rolls can be linked to a career via the combo box on this tab. All other modifiers, boons and or flaws should be applied using modifier buttons on the Desktop.
    • [Updated] Added a crafting menu and integrated it into inventory tab. Max craft points auto populate. Rest is populated by players as they craft items between sessions. On successful roll from this menu an item is auto generated and placed in player’s inventory. Only item name, type and description field are populated.
    • [Fixed] Adjusted Boons and flaws frame so it is no longer cutoff. Both fields are drag and drop using records located in the sidebar.
    • [Updated] Adjusted armor field protection roll. It should be entered in the standard format as presented in the book (d6-2)
    • [Updated] Added a check box for villains. The old method checked for Villain points however some creatures are set as villains with regard to priority and have 0 Villain points
    • [Updated] Ranged, Melee, Attack number fields will automatically apply to your weapon roll based upon range/melee/attack designation. When creating a NPC select the box next to the attack field to force the weapon rollers to use this field.
    • [Fixed] damage rolls for large creatures. Per page 99 the final roll result should be multiplied by a factor of 2 3 or 4 depending on creature size. NPCs in reference manual have been updated.
    • [Fixed] Removed the strength score to damage modifier for NPC Creatures. Per page 99 strength is already factored into all damage rolls for creatures. Non creature NPCs strength is now accounted for in the dice string.
    • [Updated] Added Wounds(also now on character sheet)
    • [Updated] Added health color indicators
    • [Updated] Added ability for GM to right click and delete Actors from CT
    • [Updated] Added a Total Defence Field .
    • [Updated] Added vehicle support for ship combat
    • [Updated] Client CT now functions like most rulesets and displays health data
