Need some help with combat automation in PF2E
I'm new to GMing PF2e in FG and am struggling with the automation of NPC abilities. This example is from a gelatinous cube. I have the cube on the combat tracker and target a PC. Pressing the asterisk button doesn't do anything. I feel I must be missing something obvious here, but how does this button work exactly? (See attached screenshot for the button in question).
Thank you in advance to anyone who can help me out. I feel these are designed to save a ton of time, but I can't figure out how they work. There was no equivalent in 5E when I was running that in FG.

That's the Apply All Effects button. This will automate the effects which will apply after a saving throw has been made. So in the case of the Cube it will target its enemies and then once the result of the saving throw is known (Critical success, success, failure or critical failure) the apply all effects button when pushed will automatically apply the correct effect to the target.
