Q: Any way to 'evaluate' a die roll when adding an effect?
Just in case I've missed something... Is there a way to set up an effect that contains a die roll which gets evaluated to a specific result when adding it to the CT?
The use case in mind would be the 'Bait and Switch' Battlemaster manuever, which should roll 1dX when invoked and generate an AC bonus of that. Ideally, it'd be something like
Code:Bait and Switch; AC: [1d6]

No, AC will only accept a number not a dice roll. See the effects list here https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassia...tion#Reference it shows the parameters which each effect will accept; either a number or a dice or both.
If there is something that you would like to see in Fantasy Grounds that isn't currently part of the software or if there is something you think would improve a ruleset then add your idea here http://fgapp.idea.informer.com/
