i use d100 in RMC. never heard of 2d20. is that system explained once i buy the fallout ruleset? or is there somewhere else?

There are quite a few videos on YouTube that shows play and break downs on how to play the system itself. As for what we provide, there is a reference manual of the Core Rulebook that provides the rules for the system.

Yes, it would be the same information contained in the physical book, which would describe how to play the 2d20 system.
