Is there a way to enable Pup Options? I dont see any place where the Archtype goes and stuff like that?

Make sure you have the Basic Pulp for Call of Cthulhu 7E extension loaded. Should note that you then need to then go into Setting and enable Pulp rules. You’ll then need to create a new character to see the correct sheet; existing ones won’t get the additional fields.
