Image Overlap subtracting to much.
I am not much of an artist, so I may be misremembering how the overlap tools work. I created a new image and added a paint layer. I selected a wall asset and drew several basic shapes. I then attempted to apply the different overlap settings. The the subtraction overlap would always deleted more squares than I selected.

Can you make a video of the behavior you are seeing?
Thanks,

It could be a specific set of steps that cause the issue. We've seen a couple issues over the years that only show up with a very particular ordering of actions. Definitely catch a video if you can reproduce, and I'll get that run up to @pindercarl to look at.
Thanks,
