Proposal to change record_spells.xml

3.5e and PFRPG (and SFRPG) all use a rather hard to work with style for their spells.

Spell records use spelldesc_stats, while spells on the charsheet use spelldesc_stats2. I'm not really sure on the reasoning to not use just one windowclass, like in other rulesets such as PFRPG2 (or FFd20).

It gets problematic because spelldesc_stats uses formattedtext for its description, while spelldesc_stats2 uses stringcontrol.

Please consider changing either everyhting to spelldesc_stats or the description to formattedtext.
