FG Free subs and MACs

i have a player in my group that is on a free account, i am ultimate, they are also on a MAC. when they click on the character tab button, the character selection screen is blank. they can click "import" and then have access to their character sheet, but they are unable to click / drag their character in to the combat tracker or the party sheet. is this because of the free account? because they are on a MAC? or some other reason?

Players don't add their PC to the combat tracker or the party sheet - the GM has to do that.
