Half of my players having issues when connecting
So Session 0 was fine we made characters and then session 1 was fine in that everyone was able to connect, load files, and see their players on the character selection screen. Session 2 is when we started having issues. 2 players started having troubles loading the file list and then even if they're able to load the files, these 2 players aren't able to even see their characters. I've tried having them delete their cache and replacing it with another player's campaign data, and not sharing anything besides the player handbook with the player's and nothing has worked so far.

Hi, welcome to the forums.
Most likely one of your players has a low bandwidth or firewall/anti-virus slowing down the connection, which then affects the other connections. Try getting the players to connect one a a time and see which one takes the longest to get their character selected.Got a Bug - Click & FOLLOW the procedure here, it will save time

See these two articles from the wiki which might help resolve such issues https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassia...roubleshooting and https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassia...s+Applications
This will apply to you as well since the issue might be something on your end such as a setting on your modem which throttles incoming data such as flood protection.
If you cannot resolve the issue post your and one of the player's logs here so we can take a look to see what's happening. Details on how to do that here https://fantasygroundsunity.atlassia...o+Compile+LogsIf there is something that you would like to see in Fantasy Grounds that isn't currently part of the software or if there is something you think would improve a ruleset then add your idea here https://www.fantasygrounds.com/featu...rerequests.php
