[BUG] Unarmored Hero PC only does not add +2 to PC soak rolls
[Unarmored Hero is an option with three settings. On, Off and PC only.
PC only option does not add +2 to PC soak rolls. It is the same as setting option to off.Ultimate License holder.
Over 10 years on Fantasy Grounds !
