Motion Tracker - how are people doing this?

I've got something together. It requires DM input. Ideally I'd like to link it to the CT and have it automatically update but I don't believe that is possible with how lighting is setup.

Working with images and lighting is stretching the possible but I posted a 17 sec video in discord of what I got so far. I'll see how much more I can get done this weekend.
