Looking for Extension that shows Spell Descriptions

I thought that I already had this one but can't seem to find the EXT or the thread that it came from. But I remember seeing an EXT that would show the spell description when hovering over the spell on the 5E character sheet Action tab.

Does anyone remember this one and can you point me to the thread on it?
