FLGS Store Credit converted to FG Store credit?

I have a boatload of store credit at a local store and it would be super if there was a way for a store to purchase and send someone Fantasy Grounds credits...so I can buy books in FG from that credit/gift cards. The store could offer the service for a percentage of the take, but reducing the credit amount a little when they buy the card, but what is the mechanism to send a gift card to someone in fantasy grounds?

PayPal gift cards or a user can buy something from the FG store and gift it to another user within a set timeframe.
