Bard Composition Cantrip Rallying Anthem - Physical damage resistance incorrect?

In addition to the other effects, the Rallying Anthem composition cantrip is supposed to provide resistance equal to half the spell's rank to physical damage.
Currently the spell adds "RESIST: 1 physical" regardless of the character's level or maximum spell rank.
I believe that because composition spells are automatically heightened to the character's maximum spell rank, then the physical damage resistance needs to be altered to equal half of the heightened spell rank.
