No HP when NPCs are loaded to the combat tracker

I just noticed the issue today. No extensions loaded.

I'm not seeing this on my local installation.

Have you unzipped any rulesets?
Can you show me a picture of the NPC sheet that you are dragging to combat tracker, and what it looks like after adding to combat tracker?

Doing some messing around, I discovered that it's some issue with the Portable Compendium Converter.

From memory, I think you need to edit the db.xml with something like Notepad++ and remove any spaces between the end of the 'hp' open tag and the start of the actual hit points value.

Then they should populate correctly when you drag them to Combat Tracker, Encounter builder, etc
