DnD question, about leveling...
in a campaign im playing, my rogue just hit level 7. Now i was wondering if i have to level rogue up again, or save the XP for a prestige class, i just need a prerequiste? (sorry about the spelling)

Hmmm, I think you have to level. Level up rogue again and take the PC at 8th level?

Is the pre-requisite a feat/skill or something that is roleplay based that has to be worked into the game like making contact with a group and joining them?
If the latter the DM may give you some leeway before leveling up to achieve this.
If a feat or skill then you have to level up to get the feat and then take the PrC at 8th.
