How can my players quickly use spells?

Hello all, my spell casters are quite jealous that the martial characters can simply target a enemy, click on the attack they wish to use and it automatically rolls.

How can my spell casting players do the same with spells?

I’m using 5e books and modules. All players have the packs downloaded.

Target a NPC, click the save or attack button, if it hits, or des half damage, roll damage.
